We invite abstract submissions for short talks and posters. We anticipate that the conference will include up to seven submitted talks (15 minutes each, including short Q&A) and up to twenty posters.
Topics of interest include, but are not limited to:
  • Theoretical issues and empirical studies of social cognition and interaction (e.g., empathy, compassion, prosocial behaviour)
  • Embodied social cognition
  • Verbal and nonverbal communication (e.g., gestures)
  • Body-ownership and agency
  • Body-representations and self-recognition
  • Interoception and intersubjective relations
  • Technology-based approaches to study social interaction (e.g., virtual and immersive technologies)
  • Therapeutical and clinical applications (e.g., aphasia, Parkinson’s, ASD)
Please submit your abstract in a word document (no more than 250 words excluding references/figure or table captions) via this link. Please note that the submission deadline has now closed and confirmation of acceptance has been sent.  
Submissions were anonymously reviewed and selected based on relevance and soundness by the organising committee.
